PAYMENT METHOD
All purchases are in Canadian dollars. Acceptable forms of payment are PayPal, Credit Card and e-transfer (payable to tabernacle.tackle@hotmail.com). Cash option is available for Ontario residents in Hearst, Hornepayne, White River and surrounding areas (contact us to see if you qualify).
For the e-transfer option:
Upon submitting your order, you will receive a notification e-mail with your Order No. and purchase total. You must pay the total amount before your order can be processed and shipped. Payment can be accepted via e-transfer payable to tabernacle.tackle@hotmail.com. Once you've sent the e-transfer, e-mail us with the question and answer, along with your order number. Once payment is received your order will be processed and you will receive an update e-mail. Failure to pay within 48hrs will result in cancellation of the order. Applicable taxes are province specific for Canadian residents. Taxes are non-applicable to US residents.
SHIPPING POLICY
Tabernacle Tackle uses General Delivery services only at this time. Purchase orders less than $99 have a flat rate of $10 ($15 to the USA). Shipping is free for all orders greater than $99 before taxes, where taxes are applicable. Duty fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, should there be any. Large or heavier items such as fishing rods, nets or other larger items may have supplemental shippings costs. Tabernacle Tackle and its' employees do not hold responsibility for packages during delivery. Tabernacle Tackle does not guarantee that your packages will arrive within 3 - 5 business days, due to the fact that the speed of postal services is beyond our control. We are not responsible for any shipping damage or lost shipments. Any claims should be addressed with the shipping company. Optional insurance can be purchased upon request at an additional cost. Orders are processed as they are received and shipped to the name and address provided. Tabernacle Tackle is currently offering free delivery to Hearst, ON Hornepayne, ON White River, ON and some surrounding areas. If you reside in a surrounding area, contact us to see if you qualify for free delivery.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If you did not receive the specific product you ordered or are dissatisfied with the product received, please contact us.
Tabernacle Tackle may offer a replacement, store credit or a discount on your next purchase. Inquires must be made within 14 days of receiving the purchased item(s).
Refunds are processed in the same tender with which you paid. Refunds for purchases made by cash may be refunded by e-transfer.

The identical item must be new, available in Canada, sold by an authorized retailer with standard warranties and priced in Canadian dollars. Tabernacle Tackle's Price Match Guarantee does not apply to "as-is" items, limited quantity items, limited time offers, discontinued or exclusive items, rewards or points programs, commercial and/or builder contract pricing, bid pricing, membership, group or club pricing, errors, pricing from online auctions, bid or retailer aggregator sites, or pricing not otherwise generally available to the public. The Price Match Guarantee applies only to reasonable quantities for personal household use. We do not match prices offered on Black Friday, Cyber Monday and/or Boxing Day.
